Michael was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He developed a passion for customer service while delivering outstanding results during his 15 year career in the hospitality industry leading teams within luxury & lifestyle hotels. Michael is an active member of the community. He served as President of the Gold Coast Concierge Association, is an alumnus of Leadership Broward Class XXXIV, a member of Broward’s Elite Serving Tomorrow (BEST), and has produced events for local nonprofit organizations. He earned his Hospitality and Tourism Management certification from Florida Atlantic University.
